(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 66 dated 01.11.2015 under Sections 363/366/376 IPC, registered at Police Station Fatehgarh Churian, District Batala (Revenue District Gurdaspur). On joint request of the parties, this Court had relegated the parties to Mediation Centre for an amicable settlement but the mediation failed between the parties.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Dalwinder Singh has informed the Court that the petitioner has joined investigation on 11.04.2017 and in the enquiry, nothing has been found with regard to the CD being prepared by the petitioner. Further it has been stated that the complainant was major and was aware about the married status of the GAURAV ARORA 2017.05.24 14:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 29.03.2017 passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh bail bonds after presentation of the challan.
