CRM-M-23493-2026 - 2 - Now, petitioner is before this Court by way of the instant third bail petition seeking concession of regular bail. 3.
At the outset, learned State counsel informs that except one prosecution witness, all the remaining prosecution witnesses have already been examined, and thus, trial is likely to conclude very soon. 4.
In view of the advanced stage of the trial, this Court refrains from considering the prayer for bail at this stage. 5.
Accordingly, without making any observations on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously, in accordance with law. Pending misc. application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of. (SANJAY VASHISTH) JUDGE May 01, 2026 J.Ram Whether speaking/reasoned:
