The petitioner has have filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to quash the impugned order dated 23.10.2017 (Annexure P-5) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Phagwara vide which the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person in FIR No.126 dated 13.09.2015 under Section 306 IPC Police Stati9on Sadar Phagwara, District Kapurthala. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has been acquitted in the present case and the present petition has become infructuous.
