(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for issuance of directions to respondents no.1 to 3 to investigate the matter fairly in case FIR No.133 dated 02.10.2017 under Sections 342, 363, 366A, 506 IPC registered at Women Police Station, Mewat, District Nuh. State counsel, on instructions from the IO, submits that in the aforesaid FIR, cancellation report was prepared on 12.01.2018. However, the Superintendent of Police vide order dated 16.06.2018 had issued directions for further investigation of the case and thus, the matter is under investigation.

Criminal Misc. No. M-5955 of 2018 -2Without making any observation as regards the genuineness of the FIR in question, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to expedite the investigation and conclude the same preferably within six months from today.
