This case pertains to the year 2006. Despite being informed by the Registry to the learned counsel for the appellant about the date fixed, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. The same was the situation on the last date of hearing. It seems that the appellant is no more interested in pursuing the matter. This Court is left with no other option, but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. 3.
Liberty is reserved to the appellant to move an application to revive the appeal in case any cause of action survives. 4.
Respondent-Insurance Company is hereby directed to disburse the current scheduled fees to Mr.Paul S. Saini, Advocate, within a period of 20 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment, in view of the order dated 18.07.2024 passed in FAO No.1682 of 2007 by this Court. 5.
