JUSTICE SANDEEP MOUDGIL Present: Mr. Naveen Kuhad, Advocate, for the petitioners --- SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking directions to respondents no.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents no.4 and 5, as the petitioners are living together against the wishes of the private respondents. Further, directions have been sought to the official respondents not to implicate the petitioners in any false criminal case at the instance of the private respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the instant petition after arguing for some time once he failed to show any cause of action seeking protection from this Court at this stage. Prayer is accepted.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
