**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Instant criminal revision petition is directed against the order dated 30.9.2015 passed by the learned trial court whereby application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. moved by the petitioner for summoning respondents No. 2 to 5 namely Rani, Jaidei, Vikas and Kamlesh, respectively, was dismissed in a case arising out of FIR No. 200 dated 15.4.2013 registered under Sections 302/328/147/148 IPC, at Police Station Assandh, Karnal, but finally the investigating agency presented the challan only under Section 306 read with Section 34 IPC and that too against only three accused namely Parkash Veer, Surjan Bhan and Ranbir. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise all possible pleas available to her before the learned trial court at the appropriate stage of trial. Permission is granted.
