*** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) Learned counsel representing the petitioner prays that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn, as subsequently an award was passed and on the application of the petitioner, the matter was referred to the Arbitrator. He submits that the arbitrator has also announced the award and the objection petition filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is pending before the Court. He submits that he may be permitted to pursue the same.
Ordered accordingly.
