HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE MEENAKSHI I. MEHTA ***** Present:- Mr. Sanjiv Gupta and Mr. Naveen Jhajholia, Advocates for the revisionist-petitioner.

MEENAKSHI I. MEHTA, J. (Oral) By filing the instant revision-petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner-plaintiff (here-in-after to be referred as 'the plaintiff') has sought the indulgence of this Court for the issuance of direction to learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gurugram (for short 'the trial Court') to decide the injunction application (Annexure P-4), as filed by her in Civil Suit No.1319 of 2019 titled as 'Gumas versus Parmil' and also to grant the relief of injunction by restraining the respondent-defendant from raising construction in the property in dispute. 2.

It is worth-while to mention here that at the time of assisting the Court at the preliminary stage in the present revision-petition, learned counsel for the plaintiff have restricted their prayer only to extent of issuing the direction to the trial Court to decide the above-referred injunction application at the earliest possible.
