*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not appear before the trial Court as he was in custody in some other case and now he has been released on regular bail. The petitioner is again directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and in case, he appears before the trial Court and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the trial Court is directed to release him on bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

Disposed of accordingly.
