!#!" $ Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the relief claimed in this petition has already been granted to the petitioners and only the amount recovered from the petitioners on account of reduction of pay+scale, remains to be refunded to them. In response to above, Learned counsel for the respondent - Corporation states that as per her instructions, the amount has already been refunded to the petitioners and in case any amount is due, they may make a representation in this regard to the respondent - Corporation, which shall be looked into and if any amount is found due, the same shall be paid.

In view of above, no further orders are required in this case.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
