**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.353 dated 26.12.2014, registered under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC at Police Station City Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.

Learned counsel submits that the trial is fixed for recording the evidence and at this stage, she seeks to withdraw the present petition to enable the petitioners to take all the pleas before the trial Court. Dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for.

Keeping in view the fact that the petitioners are old parents-inlaw of complainant-respondent No.2, their personal presence before the trial Court shall remain exempted.
