As common issues are involved in the captioned petitions, with the consent of both sides, the same are hereby disposed of by this common order. For the sake of brevity and convenience, facts are borrowed from CWP-2882-2009.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are working with respondent for more than three decades. They are DEEPAK BISSYAN 2025.08.22 10:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-2882-2009 -2working without any interruption. They are regularly paid salaries by respondent. They are eligible for regularization as per Policy of 2003 as well as 2011. The respondent is denying them benefit of regularization on the ground of qualification. They are Class-IV employees and working for more than three decades, thus, they cannot be denied benefit of 2003 or 2011 Policy on the sole ground of educational qualification. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that as per his instructions few petitioners have passed away and few have already been regularized as per Policy of 2014.

On being confronted with judgment dated 22.01.2025 passed in CWP No. 10071 of 2022, titled as "Sanjeev Kumar vs. State of Haryana and Others, learned State counsel submits that claim of the petitioners would be considered as per aforesaid judgment. If any petitioner has already been regularized as per policy of 2014, he would be treated as per observations made by this Court in aforesaid judgment. 5.

Let the needful be done within a period of six months. 6.

Disposed of.
