On the asking of the Court, Mr. Ripudaman, A.A.G., Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. In view of nature of order which this Court proposes to pass, there is no necessity to file reply as no order prejudicial to the interest of the parties is being passed.
At this stage, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the matter and pass appropriate order in the event of finding any cognizable act to have been committed by any person. If no cognizable offence is found to have been committed, then the petitioner be informed as per parameters laid down in Lalita Kumari v. Govt. of U.P. (2014) 2 SCC (1).
