The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.38 dated 28.03.2023, registered under Sections 21, 61 and 85 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Division No.1, Jalandhar, Punjab.

As per custody certificate filed by learned State counsel, the petitioner is behind bars for 1 year, 1 month and 27 days. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage. 4.
