Coram:
Hon'ble Mr. Justice Inderjit Singh .....
Present:
Mr. Chetan Bansal, Advocate for the petitioner. .....
Inderjit Singh, J.
The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.173 dated 14.12.2015 registered for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station B-Division, District Amritsar. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.
From the record, I find that the present petitioner was Product Executive and he himself has verified the details of the loan which was not repaid. The persons Parminder Singh and Balwinder Singh, who had taken the loan to the extent of `8.5 Lakhs each are not even traceable. There are specific allegations against the present petitioner regarding the verification of the loan case.
Keeping in view the serious allegations against the present Harpal Singh Parmar 2017.03.17 16:56 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
Cr. Misc. No.M-9112 of 2017 [2] petitioner and in view of the fact that the petitioner is required for custodial interrogation, I do not find it a fit case where the present petitioner is entitled to the benefit of anticipatory bail. Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
