By way of present appeal, challenge has been laid to judgment and decrees dated 19.05.2017 and 16.03.2022 passed by the Courts below whereby a suit for possession as well as permanent injunction, filed at the instance of respondent No.1-plaintiff came to be decreed.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the settlement has been arrived at, resultantly; appellant does not press the present appeal.
