With the assistance of learned counsel for the State, I have gone through the facts available on record. Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Lakhbir Singh, has pointed out that 5510 capsules with the brand PRASHANT KAPOOR 2015.02.24 17:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRR-984-2014 name of 'Promodext' and 2010 tablets with the brand name of 'Microlit', both of commercial quantity, were recovered from the petitioner. The prosecution has already led its entire evidence and the case before learned Trial Court is fixed for final pronouncement.

In view of above, no ground for grant of bail is made out.

Dismissed.
