(ORAL) CM-5452-CWP-2022 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire payment has been made by the petitioner in favour of respondent nos.7 and 8 and the main petition has become infructuous. Therefore, the present application has been filed for withdrawal of the main case. The payment made by the petitioner has been admitted by the learned counsel for respondent nos.7 and 8. In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the main case is taken up today itself.
