A perusal of order sheets shows that on 21.11.2024, the following order was passed by this Court:- "Learned counsel for the respective parties are ad idem that in case the directions contained in the order dated 21.10.2021 (Annexure P-6) are complied with, the matter can be resolved between the parties.

Learned State counsel seeks a short accommodation to get necessary instructions in the matter.

At his request, adjourned to 27.11.2024.

Interim order to continue till the next date of hearing only." 3.

Today, learned State counsel has submitted that the present writ petition may be disposed of in terms of paragraph No.5 of the affidavit dated 23.11.2024 filed by Mr. Sandeep Kumar Mathur, Executive Engineer, Hansi Water Services Division, Hansi.

Paragraph No.5 of the affidavit dated 23.11.2024 reads as under:- "5. That the water courses in the chak of outlet at RD 141685L Petwar Disty were lined at site about 20 years back and the same have been damaged at site more than 75%. The water courses as per the State Government Micro Irrigation & Command Area Development Authority (MICADA) policy can be reconstructed at site after 20 years, if the same get damaged more than 75% at site on the cost of the State Government. So, the department of the answering respondent has made request to the Divisional Canal Officer, Micro Irrigation & Command Area Development Authority Division, Hisar vide letter No.8165/22-E dated 23.11.2024 to take up the work of reconstruction of water courses in the chak of outlet at RD 141685-L Petwar Disty in the public interest. The copy of letter dated 23.11.2024 is enclosed herewith as Annexure-R-1 for kind consideration of this Hon'ble Court." 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not opposed the aforesaid

course being adopted. He submits that, having regard to the contents of paragraph No.5 of the affidavit dated 23.11.2024 filed by Mr. Sandeep Kumar Mathur, Executive Engineer, Hansi Water Services Division, Hansi, the present writ petition may be disposed of accordingly. 8.

All the pending application(s), if any, shall also stand closed.
