**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The present revision petition is directed against order dated 23.09.2016 whereby the application under Section 311 Cr.P.C moved by the petitioner was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset restrict his prayer to recall the victim-P.W.2 as earlier he was being represented by legal aid counsel, who could not put certain material questions during cross examination of the witnesses. In the trial, prosecution witnesses are still being examined In view of the above facts, the revision petition is allowed and order dated 23.09.2016 is hereby quashed and the trial Court shall give one effective opportunity to the petitioner to cross examine P.W.2-Victim, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- as costs before the District State Legal Services Authority, Palwal.
