, -./ The present petition has been filed for seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the detenue-Afsana Khatoon (mother of the petitioner), from the illegal custody of respondents No. 3 and 4.

In compliance to the order dated 24.04.2026, a report from the Warrant Officer has been received and the same is taken on record. 3.

It is evident from a perusal of the report of the Warrant Officer that the alleged detenue-Afsana Khatoon had been called for questioning in relation to an FIR No. 110/2026 registered under Section 21 of the NDPS VISHAL SHARMA 2026.04.30 15:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

  Act regarding her son's involvement and after her questioning, she was allowed to go.

The aforesaid fact was also verified by the Warrant Officer from the alleged detenue Afsana Khatoon, who corroborated the said turn of events.
