R.P. NAGRATH, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent-complainant states that the amount of cheque has been received by the respondentcomplainant to his satisfaction and the matter has been settled between them.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his arguments only qua reduction of sentence for the period already undergone i.e. from 04.02.2015 to the date when his sentence was suspended on 16.02.2015.
In view of the above, the instant revision is dismissed on merits but partly allowed on the quantum of sentence and it is directed that the sentence of imprisonment is reduced to the period already undergone.
