**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) English w.e.f. 08.01.2021 i.e. the date on which her juniors were promoted and to grant all the consequential benefits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of her grievances, the petitioner has moved a representation dated 14.02.2022 (Annexure P-4), but the same has not been decided till date. He confines his argument to the extent that the respondents be directed to decide the said representation in a time bound manner. Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 4 only, at this stage. On the asking of this Court, Mr. RS Budhwar, Additional AG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4-State only and submits that he has no objection if the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed.
