**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 438 Cr.PC is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.249 dated 29.12.2022 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 409, 120-B IPC registered at P.S. Bicchor, District Nuh.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 28.08.2024 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.

Status report dated 16.09.2024 has been filed on behalf of respondent-State by the learned State counsel by way of an affidavit of Pardeep Khatri, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Punhana and the same is taken on record.

CRM-M-11724-2024 -2The learned State Counsel on instructions from SI Sat Narain submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 28.08.2024 and is not required for custodial interrogation. In this view of the matter, interim order dated 28.08.2024 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Petition stands disposed of.

All the pending miscellaenous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
