SUDHIR SINGH, J (Oral) By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to determine the external development charges (EDC) for License No.156 of 2014 of 36.325 acres in Sector 10 and 11, Mahendergarh, Haryana, in a time bound manner; to direct respondent No.3 to comply with directions of Haryana RERA Appellate Tribunal vide order dated 30.09.2022 (Annexure P-13) and order dated 17.10.2019 (Annexure P-12) of Haryana RERA Authority, Panchkula whereby respondent No.3 was directed to issue fresh schedule of payment for external development chares of payment for external development charges (EDC).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that aggrieved from the inaction of the respondents, the petitioner has already served a representation dated 21.10.2024 (Annexure P-14) upon respondent No.3, but no action has been taken thereon till date. He further submits that the petitioner AVIN KUMAR 2025.05.12 09:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

CWP No.12580 of 2025 [2] would be satisfied, if the said respondent is directed to deal with the concerns/grievances and pass appropriate order on the said representation. 3.

Served with the advance copy of the petition, Mr. Ankur Mittal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana with Mr. Saurabh Mago, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana for respondent Nos.1 to 3 is present in Court and submits that the said representation shall be considered and looked into by the competent authority, in accordance with law. 4.

Without commenting on merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 (competent authority), to look into the representation dated 21.10.2024 (Annexure P-14) of the petitioner and take an appropriate action thereon, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy/production of this order.
