The present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is for quashing of Complaint No. 16/2015 dated 07.07.2015 under Section 133 Cr.P.C. (Annexure P1) and orders dated 07.08.2017 and 26.10.2017 (Annexure P2) challenging the order of learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Ludhiana whereby he has sought the report from the other authorities. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners are running their business by adopting the proper procedure and taking appropriate permissions from all the relevant departments i.e. Electricity, Municipal Corporation licenses etc. Moreover, petitioners are running green industries and units of the petitioners are exempted by the Pollution Board that does not require any N.O.C. from Pollution Board.
