This is a writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus thereby directing respondent No.2 i.e. the Additional Registrar (General), Cooperative Societies, Haryana, Sector 2, Panchkula to decide the appeal No.32 of 2022 titled as 'Baby Rani and another Versus Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Kurukshetra and others' filed by the petitioners against the order dated 26.04.2022 (Annexure P-1) within some stipulated period.

Keeping in view the abovesaid facts and circumstances, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 i.e. the Additional Registrar (General), Cooperative Societies, Haryana, Sector 2, Panchkula to decide the appeal No.32 of 2022 titled as 'Baby Rani and another Versus Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Kurukshetra and others' as expeditiously as possible.
