NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Perusal of the order sheets shows that the matter pertains to the year 2016 and notice is yet to be issued in the same. Further, perusal of file shows that this case was listed for hearing 05 times and the petitioner had gone un-represented on each and every date since the beginning. Today also, for the 6th time, the petitioner has gone un-represented. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or her counsel is no more interested in pursuing the present revision petition.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
