**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for quashing of the order dated 08.11.2017 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur whereby, revision petition filed at the instance of respondent/complainant was erroneously accepted and for setting aside well-reasoned order dated 07.06.2017 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurdaspur whereby, learned trial Court had discharged petitioner in case FIR No.53 dated 06.05.2016 registered under Sections 420 and 34 of IPC at P.S. City Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been acquitted in the present case thereby, rendering the present petition as infructuous.
