(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 15.05.2019 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gurugram in Complaint No. 633 of 2018 dated 20.12.2018 registered under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. for registration of an FIR against the accused/present petitioners herein under Sections 354A/509/468/499/500/120B IPC and 66D & 67 of I.T. Act, titled as 'Harjinder Kaur @ Lucky vs. Monika Dhaka and another' whereby the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gurugram has allowed the said application.

The present petition pertains to the year 2019. Perusal of the order sheets shows that notice has been issued in the present matter on DIVYANSHI 2024.08.21 10:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRR-1365-2019 (O&M) - 230.05.2019; whereupon learned counsel for the respondents put in appearance on 20.04.2022. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on the last 2 dates i.e. 20.04.2022 and 10.02.2023. Even today also for the 3rd date, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioners or their counsel are not interested in pursuing the present petition. In view of the above, present petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
