Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.58, dated 14.04.2025, under Sections 21 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.

A recovery of 554 grams of heroin has been effected collectively from all the accused persons in the present case, and petitioner is inside jail since 14.04.2025. Apart from the present case, petitioner is involved in one another case registered under the NDPS Act. 3.

Counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.

Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
