The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.214 dated 31.08.2015 registered under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC at Police Station Rama Mandi, Jalandhar. Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Harbhajan submits that petitioner stands acquitted vide judgment dated 07.12.2019 passed by learned trial Court.

A perusal of the orders dated 26.09.2018, 05.03.2019 and 09.03.2023 reveals that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, perhaps for the aforesaid reason.
