Prayer made in the present petition is for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 not to approve or allow the transfer/sale/assigning of the solar powers project of the private respondents in terms of representation dated 01.07.2021 (Annexure P-7) without clearing the outstanding dues of the petitioners and other land owners.

A further prayer has been made seeking issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 5 and 7 for not to cancel the registered lease deed without ARCHANA ARORA 2024.04.05 10:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
