CRR-4976-2015 (O&M) -2- 2023:PHHC:126049 The case pertains to the year 2015. Perusal of order sheets shows that vide order dated 11.10.2018, last opportunity was granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to make his submissions. It has also been revealed that prior to 11.10.2018 on two dates i.e. 23.07.2018 and 29.08.2018, the petitioner had gone un-represented. Even today also, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, in view of the above, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or her counsel is not interested in pursuing the instant revision petition.
In view of the above, the instant revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
