NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.642 dated 21.6.2016, under Sections 406, 498-A, 420 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Karnal City, District Karnal. Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the petitioner in the present petition has been declared proclaimed offender, therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
