After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. However, she states that since the petitioner has been in custody for the last 03 years, 10 months and 12 days, the Trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial. Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has been in custody for the last 03 years, 10 months and 12 days, I find the prayer for expediting the trial to be a fair one and accordingly the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of three months and in any case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Disposed off accordingly.
