Petitioner apprehends arrest in view of complaint lodged before the police at the instance of one Rajiv Kumar Singla. It has been urged before the court that petitioner is a house-hold lady having four minor children. In case her apprehension proves to be correct, it shall have adverse implication on her family.

Petition is disposed of with the direction that in case petitioner is sought to be arrested pursuant to any complaint, three days advance notice be given to her.
