(ORAL) Present petition is filed praying for quashing of order dated 30.10.2015 (Annexure P-3), passed by learned Special Judge, Moga whereby the bail bonds and surety bonds of the petitioner were cancelled. In pursuance of order dated 20.03.2017 of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the learned trial Court and bail & surety bonds furnished by him were attested and accepted by the trial Court and that fact is acknowledged by learned State counsel. In view of the fact that the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court, the interim order dated 20.03.2017 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute and accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
