This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for violation of the order dated 05.03.2020 passed in RSA-5818-2019 and RSA-30-2020.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present contempt petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the order dated 05.03.2020 passed in RSA-5818-2019 and RSA-30-2020 has been complied with.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
