Dated Police StaƟon SecƟons 12.04.2023 Vigilance Bureau, Phase-1, District SAS Nagar, Mohali 7 and 7-A of PrevenƟon of CorrupƟon Act, 1988 as amended by PrevenƟon of CorrupƟon (Amendment) Act, 2018 and SecƟon 120-B IPC The peƟƟoner incarcerated in the FIR capƟoned above, has come up before this Court under SecƟon 439 CrPC seeking bail. 2.

Reply and custody cerƟficate dated 05.09.2023 filed by State counsel today in the Court are taken on record.

Counsel for the peƟƟoner submits that in compliance of order dated 29.08.2023 passed by this Court, all the condiƟons have been complied with by the peƟƟoner. He further submits that as per condiƟon No. 15, the peƟƟoner has handed over his and his spouse affidavits regarding declaraƟon of their assets to the State counsel today in the Court.

State counsel does not refute the submission of counsel for the peƟƟoner. 5.

Given above, the present peƟƟon is allowed and interim bail granted vide order dated 29.08.2023 is made absolute. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
