Ms. Svaneel Jaswal, Additional A.G., Haryana. ***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr. P.C.') seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.1 and 6 restraining them to summon the petitioner repeatedly to the office of Incharge, CIA, Assandh (Karnal) for the purported purpose of further investigation in FIR No.0168 dated 28.06.2022, registered at Police Station Guhla, Kaithal in which a closure report (Annexure P-3) has already been filed. 2.
Notice of motion.

On advance service of copy of the petition, learned State counsel appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State of Haryana. 4.
Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents and/or to issue notice to respondents No.5 to 8, as no serious prejudice would be caused to them. 5.
From the record appended with the petition as well as the averments contained therein particularly closure report dated 26.01.2022 (Annexure P-3), it appears that on one hand, the investigation/prosecution has given a clean chit to the petitioner and on the other he is still being repeatedly summoned to the police VANDANA 2023.07.25 17:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
CRM-M-27894-2023 (O&M) 2023:PHHC:094345 station, whereas petitioner alleges that police is causing undue harassment to petitioner owing to other certain collateral reasons, which have nothing to do with the FIR in question.

Be that as it may, instead of dealing with the aforesaid contentions of learned counsel for petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with an expectation from learned trial Court that a decision on the closure report either way shall be taken as expeditiously as possible. 7.
Until the aforesaid decision is taken, petitioner shall not be summoned to the Police Station in the FIR in question. 8.
