Case is being taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the petition U/s 438 Cr.P.C., with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court and to move an application for regular bail with directions being issued to the learned trial Court to consider and decide the application for regular bail, as and when moved, expeditiously.
