Present revision petition pertains to the year 2019 and the same has repeatedly been adjourned either on the request made on behalf of the petitioner or on the ground that none was present on behalf of the petitioner. Even when the case was adjourned on the basis of an adjournment slip, none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Today also none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner, despite the case being called twice. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present civil revision for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
