The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 07.05.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA-1390-2019.

In compliance of the order dated 07.05.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA-1390-2019, reply by way of affidavit dated 19.05.2026 of Dr. Rajshri Singh, IPS, ADGP/Commissioner of Police, Jhajjar, has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 before the Registry. The same is taken on record.

A perusal of paragraph No.3 of the said reply shows that respondents have preferred SLP against the order dated 07.05.2025 passed VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.05.29 11:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed. Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioner to avail the remedy as is available to him, after the decision of SLP. 4.
