Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed this petition against her parents to seek security of her life and liberty. The reason for apprehending danger is that her parents intend to marry her against her wishes and she being a major, is not willing to succumb to their pressure. Earlier she was kept in confinement in a house at Kapurthala and thereafter, they attempted to pick her from Mohali, where a criminal case is pending against her. She intimated the police vide her representation (Annexure P-3) narrating the entire facts. In view of her submissions but without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar Mohali to look into the representation Annexure P-3 (addressed to SHO, Police Station Zirakpur) Sachin Mehta 2017.03.21 17:27 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH
