(Oral) As per report received from the Civil Judge (Jr. Div.)-cumJudicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jagraon, the parties in terms of order dated 20.03.2017 did not appear for recording of their statements in respect to the settlement purportedly arrived at between them. Learned counsel for the petitioners informs that the settlement between the parties at this stage has fallen through. Therefore, he seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh as and when settlement between the parties is again arrived at.
