U.T., Chandigarh. ****   1!% $2& Challenge in the present petition is to order dated 30.05.2022 passed by learned PMJJB, Chandigarh whereby the regular bail application filed by the petitioner in case FIR No. 62 dated 17.05.2022 under Sections 354A, 506 of IPC and 12 of POCSO Act (Section 323, 376 AB of IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, added later on), has been dismissed; and the order dated 02.07.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Children's Court, Chandigarh vide which the appeal filed by the petitioner has also been dismissed. Learned counsel for the U.T., Chandigarh, while referring to custody certificate dated 13.03.2024 issued by Probation Officer, Observation-cum-Special Home, Sector-25, Chandigarh, and on instructions from Sub Inspector Ram Niwas, Sector 26 Police Station, Chandigarh, informs that the petitioner has since been convicted by DIVYANSHI 2024.03.22 14:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRR-1413-2022 2024:PHHC:041319 -2 - learned Juvenile Justice Board for a period of two years vide judgment dated 27.09.2023 and, therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
