**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI J. (Oral) The prayer in the present petition is for setting aside the order dated 02.02.2019 by which four petitions filed by the petitioner clubbed together.

As per averments made in the petition, the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 02.02.2019 (Annexure P/1) in respect of the clubbing of those petitions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that keeping in view the fact and circumstances of this case, clubbing of the petitions could not have been done by the Court below and clubbing of six complaints filed by the petitioner is now causing prejudice to him. The order Annexure P/1 dated 02.02.2019, which has been impugned in this petition, passed by JMIC, Sonipat dated 02.02.2019 recite that when the application was moved for clubbing of all the cases together, no objection was given by the opposite counsel JYOTI 2021.09.17 16:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-32337-2021 -2for allowing the said prayer. That being so, now, the petitioner cannot turn around and say that the order clubbing the petitions together is bad under law or is causing prejudice to him. Further, in case, the petitioner has not given the no objection for allowing the clubbing of the cases and the said fact has wrongly been recorded, the petitioner should point out the said fact before the Magistrate, rather than filing the present petition. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances recorded hereinbefore, no ground is made out with the impugned order. Dismissed.
