This petition has been filed challenging order dated 31.01.2014 passed by the learned District Judge, Family Court, Ambala whereby maintenance at the rate of `10,000/- per month alongwith litigation expenses of `1,100/- has been granted to the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties. They have parted ways. Petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has since been allowed. The entire settled amount has been handed over to the respondent in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
